TPV Series

Series Overview

The search for a full-featured, economically priced residential and commercial valve is over thanks to Toro’s newest 1” valve offering−the TPV Series. These full-featured, rugged, debris-resistant valves feature flow ranges from 0.4 to 151 LPM (0.1 to 40 GPM), making them ideal for everything from drip to high-flow residential and commercial applications. Choose from a variety of inlet and outlet selections to ensure that all site specific requirements are met.

The patented DBS Technology™ (Debris Bypass System) ensures valve functionality in nearly all dirty water applications. Add a 5-year warranty and rest assured that the TPV Series will become your workhorse valve for all professional installations.

These durable valves are designed for contractors who prefer male inlets and male or barbed outlets and need a valve that can withstand the pressures of large residential and light commercial applications.

220 Brass Valves

Series Overview

Built for commercial applications such as sports fields, these heavy-duty brass and stainless steel valves feature pressure regulation and are designed to withstand high-pressure applications. Available in 2.5 cm (1"), 3.2 cm (1 1/4"), 3.8 cm (1 1/2"), 5.1 cm (2"), 6.4 cm (2 1/2") and 7.6 cm (3").

Internal downstream manual bleed keeps valve box dry and allows for manually setting pressure regulation
Pressure regulator can be installed as a service kit without draining the main line
Pressure regulates in electric and manual modes, serviceable under pressure

P-220 Series

Series Overview

These heavy-duty glassfilled nylon valves are specially designed for commercial applications with pressures up to 220 psi, but also have the ability to pressure regulate the flow through the valve anywhere from 5–100 psi.

Features

The Spike-Guard™ solenoid features very low power consumption, which reduces wire size requirements, allows twice as many valves to run simultaneously on a transformer and lowers power costs
With a lightning rating exceeding 20,000 volts, the new 220 Series brass valves offer nearly three times the lightning protection of competitive products
Precise, pressure control option with compact EZReg™ (can be factory installed) dial design. Technology does not effect friction loss unlike competitive valves.
Pressure regulates in electric or manual modes and is serviceable under pressure
